Me and my friend the Cow!

(Still from vid below)
We went to the Pumpkin Patch with my 2.5 yr old son yesterday- and my son and I really enjoyed feeding the animals, especially when we found a baby cow! (Other animals to come...)

let me know what you think! :)

Rainbow Coop orders 20 pies...

Whew... here we go, friends.
Long days of love-baking upon me now...
and I love it!
Finally, my dreams are coming true...
to be a vegan baker full-time with a company of my own making!
And yet -to be perfectly honest, I'm still hopin' on the Cafe aspect - and maybe a little inv.-capital so I can "get ingredients" via the next level, if you know what I mean - but hey! 20 pies is not bad for their second order - and it's nearly holidays, but not yet! But I wish I could offer some "seasonal" varieties and experiments alongside what I deliver...some variety Every Single Day - an Awesomely Creative Cupcake... :)
I'm so excited to be getting ready to really rock the Valley and Bay Area with some outrageously good vegan yummies! This is the kind of organic 'wow-ness' that leaves die-hard meat-eaters (pun-intended) with their jaws left gaping in sheer wonder...and that's only if you could put this kind of tear-jerking, soul-comforting, cupcaking, cheesecake-dreaming, butter-vegan-frosting-creaming, and so on, into words...
you know what I mean.
So, as I think of it - please book your holiday, special and catering orders as soon as you can; we do want to serve you, but we have to help the guest who calls first. :)
All you Rainbow Co-op shoppers, and Sacto Coop shoppers - drop me a line and let me know some of your feedback!
